Neckarsulm, Germany –dsb ccb solutions GmbH is aligning its leadership structure around the expansion of the fly by Darwin CX platform, a core solution for audience development, subscription management, and customer experience, reinforcing its role as a central pillar in the company’s platform strategy.

This transition reflects the company’s ongoing “Evolve” strategy and continued development as a platform-driven organization.

Operational responsibility sits with Alex Münch, CEO, who leads the platform’s strategic development and international expansion. With more than 20 years of experience in publishing and digital industries, he brings deep expertise in scaling international business models.

Alex holds a degree in Business Informatics and has been with the organization since 2005, previously serving as CFO of dsb.net and COO of dsb Group, where he played a key role in building and scaling platform structures. As co-founder of the “dsb fly” ecosystem, he focuses on combining technology, data, and customer-centricity to drive sustainable audience growth, subscription management, and retention.

Liam Lynch, CEO of Darwin CX, said: “With fly by Darwin CX, we continue to develop a strong platform together with our DACH team. Alex brings extensive international experience and a proven ability to scale digital platforms, and we are pleased to have him in the CEO role.”

Alex Münch added: “We have established a strong technological foundation with fly by Darwin CX, which we are now expanding further with our customers, focusing on adoption and supporting digital transformation.”

He will take the Beck Group seat on the dsb ccb Advisory Board, reinforcing continuity and alignment, and will join the Darwin CX Global Client Advisory Board, contributing to platform development and representing DACH market perspectives globally.

Olaf has played a significant role in shaping the dsb group, particularly in advancing digital platform capabilities and strengthening key customer relationships.

“We thank Olaf for his entrepreneurial contribution and long-term commitment. We are pleased that he will continue to support us in an advisory role,” said Liam Lynch.

Ulrich Beck, representative of the Beck Group and shareholder, added: “Olaf Bendt has been central to the evolution of the dsb group. We are pleased he will remain closely connected and continue to contribute his entrepreneurial perspective.”

Olaf Bendt said: “This is a natural transition after many years in an operational leadership role. I look forward to continuing to support fly by Darwin CX while focusing more on advisory and entrepreneurial activities.”
