Product Owner

Darwin CX is seeking a Product Owner to join our Development team. In this role, you’ll act as the bridge between business strategy and product execution, defining, prioritizing, and refining the product backlog to ensure the team delivers high-value solutions that align with company goals and customer needs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own, manage, and prioritize the product backlog to deliver maximum business value
  • Write clear, actionable user stories and acceptance criteria
  • Collaborate with engineering and design teams to refine backlog items
  • Align product priorities with business goals and customer feedback
  • Partner with stakeholders to define scope, timelines, and deliverables
  • Support the development team during sprints—removing blockers and validating features
  • Participate in sprint planning, reviews, retrospectives, and daily standups
  • Monitor product performance and capture insights for continuous improvement
  • Contribute to product launches with marketing, sales, and support teams

Qualifications

Required:

  • 2+ years of experience as a Product Owner, Product Manager, or Business Analyst in a software or technology environment
  • Strong ability to translate business requirements into actionable development tasks
  • Experience managing product backlogs and writing user stories
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail
  • Analytical thinker with a data-driven approach to decision-making

Preferred:

  • Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) or similar Agile certification
  • Familiarity with tools such as JIRA, Figma, GitHub, or SQL
  • Experience using AI tools for prioritization or process optimization
